D. Fco. Javier de Oro-Pulido cuenta con una experiencia como profesional del sector inmobiliario de más de 30 años. Ha trabajado anteriormente en Cobasa (Promotora inmobiliaria del Grupo Dragados), Centro Inmobiliario Caja de Madrid, Realia, Reyal Urbis, Aliseda como Director General, habiendo desarrollado más de 30.000 viviendas a lo largo de carrera profesional.
En su etapa en Aliseda, fue responsable de un equipo con una cartera de miles de activos con un valor superior a 10.000 millones de euros.
El Sr. De Oro-Pulido es Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE y es Máster en Dirección de Empresas Constructoras e Inmobiliarias de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
MIGUEL ANGEL REVENGA
Miguel Angel Revenga has been Business Director of Aelca since joining in 2019.
With 24 years of experience in the real estate sector, before joining Aelca, Mr. Revenga worked for more than ten years at Reyal Urbis, another eight at Acciona Inmobiliaria, as national director of Promotions and Land, and three more as general manager of Vital Inmobiliaria.
Mr. Revenga holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
MARTA FURONES
Marta Furones is Director of Services, leading the implementation and compliance of the procedures necessary for the development of real estate, managing the departments that make up the Services area: technical, projects, sales, marketing and communication, ATC and after-sales.
Before joining Aelca in 2012, Marta was national sales manager for ACP LEVEL and worked in other companies such as Knight Frank, Sando Inmobiliaria and Agofer.
With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Marta is an expert in market analysis and product development strategies. She holds a degree in Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid.
MARIA JESUS LARRAZ
Maria joined Aelca in 2021. With over 30 years experience, her career has been linked to real estate and urban planning consultancy, contributing her legal vision in companies linked to real estate development, financial entities and the public sector; before Aelca, she developed her career in companies such as LandCo, Aliseda, Liberbank, Grupo Prasa and Madrid City Council, among others
Maria holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Universidad San Pablo - CEU.
PILAR ESCOBAR
Pilar Escobar has been director of expansion and urban planning at Aelca since she joined in 2019. Her duties include the analysis of economic and urban land variables, as well as the leadership of urban land management processes.
With 20 years of experience in the sector, she was part of the management of Aliseda or Grupo Dico, as well as working in other companies such as Knight Frank or Grupo Carrefour.
Pilar holds a degree in Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a Master's Degree in Urban and Land Planning from the same educational institution. She is also a lecturer in the COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid) programme for professionals in the real estate sector.
D. FRANCISCO CORDERO
Francisco Cordero is director of finance and planning at Aelca. He joined Aelca in 2022. He has 30 years of experience in management positions such as CFO or treasury and financing director.
He has 15 years of experience in real estate companies SAREB, ING REIM, CBRE Global Investors, Metrovacesa and another 15 years of experience in financial consulting at Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and ADISA; as well as in companies in the consumer sector: Luis Piña Group and Pikolinos Group.
Francisco holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga. MBA Instituto de Empresa.
FERNANDO ARBOLEDAS
Fernando Arboledas is Aelca's production director. He joined Aelca as technical director in 2020, moving to his current position in 2022.
With 35 years of experience in the sector, he has been part of the Management of Assignia Infraestructuras, as well as working for other companies as building director at Dragados for 17 years and at FCC for another 9 years.
Fernando holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management from the same university (UPM).
