According to MITMA, new construction increased by 5.8% in the national average, but in Andalusia it fell by 4.7%. If we focus on Seville, we see that the figure also increased by 4.5 points. On the other hand, second-hand property sales fell by 0.9% in Seville.

Going into more detail, property sales in Seville have risen in all districts, except in three districts where there has been a decline. We are referring to the Triana district, Los Remedios and the northern area.
